The group’s innovation brought about a change of its vision to become an industry leader. Established in 2008, over the last decade the group has become a key player in the fields of construction waste recycling, shredding, transporting materials, demolition of structures, concrete factories, infrastructures, construction, fortifying, and real estate. Today, the group is one of the leaders in these fields in Israel and the most dominant in the Southern and Central regions.
The group’s momentous growth is a result of a unique combination between technological innovation, environmental protection, and extra ordinary expertise in large-scale project management. Utilizing its innovative equipment, fleet of trucks and containers, advanced recycling factories, and strategically placed sites, the group can provide comprehensive solutions for every step of the process, from waste collection to supplying recycled materials of the highest standards. The group leads the field with strict safety protocols, high standards, quality control procedures, and complying with the Ministry of Environmental Protection’s green standards using its 300 employees, dozens of subcontractors, and various certifications including ISO 9001 and certified contractor and supplier credentials for the Ministry of Defense.

Innovation and Technology: A Unique Lab That Guarantees Quality

One of the group’s main characteristics is the combination of technological innovation and quality assurance. The group has an internal lab in which teams of engineers and techs check the recycled materials to ensure they meet the strictest standards. This is carried out to ensure all procedures are environmentally friendly, reduce pollution, and prevent the use of unsafe materials. The group’s vision focuses on creating smart and efficient recycling processes, that reduce dependency on natural resources and contribute to the sustainability of the construction industry.

A One Stop Shop: All Recycling and Infrastructures Solutions Under One Roof

The group offers a holistic service for the management of construction waste recycling, from collection and transport, sorting, recycling and shredding of about 92% of the waste, to washing and bettering the recycled materials, from which products are produced and later reused in the green construction, infrastructures, and development industries aiming to minimize the negative effects on the environment and optimizing the Israeli construction processes. This is achieved with the use of recycled washed sand, sesame, lentils, inert materials and piping sand for sewage systems and infrastructures.

Infrastructure and Transport: A Fleet of Trucks and Containers for Every Purpose

The group operates an advanced and innovative transportation system with about 50 state-of-the-art trucks and 1,000 containers of various sizes, for the disposal and transportation of construction waste. The services are provided to construction companies, contractors, developers, local authorities, and government entities, while ensuring a fast and efficient supply of recycled materials. The group’s advantage lies in its ability to manage and execute all of the process from start to finish. The group carries agreements to the admission of form 4, enabling contractors to meet the strictest regulatory requirements.

Strategically Located Sites: Leading the Recycling Industry

In order to support its growing activities, the group maintains several sites for recycling, landfill, and transfer stations for dry waste and trimmings. With the group’s sites are Ad Halom Industrial Area Recycle Factory, which recycles 50,000 tons each month; Construction Waste Recycle Factory, Ashkelon, which recycles 20,000 tons each month; And the treatment and sorting station in Ashkelon for dry waste and trimmings, which disposes of tens of thousands of tons each month. Additionally, Darom Yarok Industrial Park, Eshel HaNasi, which includes a construction waste recycling factory, a concrete factory, and a unique washing facility for bettering recycled materials, while separating fine materials and improving their quality for reuse in the concrete and infrastructures industries. The facility assists in reducing the dependency on natural resources, advances the use of high-quality recycled materials, and helps to preserve environmental sustainability and operational efficiency in the construction industry. Furthermore, the Neot Hovav Landfill is an advanced facility capable of collecting thousands of tons of construction and dry waste every day. The landfill was built with the most advanced technologies to prevent pollution, including an underground drainage system, waterproofing sheets and the rehabilitation of an old oxidation pond. It provides a vital solution for non-recyclable waste, while reducing the environmental impact and improving waste management in the area. The group continues to increase its activities and invest in new infrastructures that support a circular economy and the reduction of non-recyclable waste.
