Shaked Efraim Group, a subsidiary of Efraim Development and Holdings, is a real estate group with about 40 years of experience in large-scale projects entrepreneurship planning and construction. The group, founded by Baruch Shaked, has been an integral part of Israel’s construction field, with public, iconic projects and thousands of residential units and holiday villages construction nationwide. Since 2010, the group has been focusing mainly on urban renewal projects, implementing its accumulated experience, meticulous planning and familiarity with planning and construction institutions. The Group maintains financial stability and strong management, alongside human capital, including engineers, lawyers and project managers, who are committed to transparency and credibility. The group is active in the tourist sector, property and real estate project management, agriculture and food.
Management
Baruch Shaked – Chairman & Owner - A longstanding entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience in Israel’s construction field, a third generation in a family of constructors. A retired IDF Lieutenant Colonel, who served in key construction and logistics units at Home Front Command. Led large-scale residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects’ planning and construction, with the highest professionalism and accountability standards. Over the past decade, has been leading the urban renewal field, driven by a commitment to the social and national importance of renovated communities, with dozens of redevelopments and TAMA 38 projects nationwide.
Segev Efraim – CEO & Owner - A multidisciplinary entrepreneur with a background in both technology and real estate. Holds a degree in Computer Science from Reichman University with advanced training in construction project management. Held senior management positions in real estate development, technology, property marketing, and asset management. For the past six years, Segev has been leading the entrepreneurial and urban renewal initiatives of the Group, combining strategic thinking with high-level execution, driving complex projects and growth across sectors.
Ilan Efraim - CEO of the Tourism Division & Owner - With over 40 years of experience in managing and establishing tourism ventures, focusing on the Golan Heights and the Galilee. One of Moshav Kanaf’s founders, in the Golan Heights, where he resides, combining love for land with professional knowledge regarding tourism. Under his management, the Tourism Division of the Group operates over 200 guest units and vacation sites nationwide, alongside complementary ventures in agricultural, motor, and marine tourism. Leads the division with a diverse and active service approach, terrain familiarity and direct management.
Adi Swissa - Deputy CEO of the Residential and Urban Renewal Division - An attorney and certified mediator, holds a law degree and a graduate of the mediation program at Tel Aviv University. Maintains experience representing local authorities, developers, and companies regarding municipal taxation and public bodies interfaces. Accumulated experience regarding public and regulatory entities and sensitive legal proceedings. Lectured at the Israeli Building Center and at Reichman University. As Deputy CEO of the Residential and Urban Renewal Division, Adi leads large-scale projects from the vision and strategic planning stage, combining legal understanding, business insight, and management skills.
Ran Farjun - Deputy CEO of Engineering - Ran is a certified civil engineer and an arbitrator on behalf of the Association of Engineers, with over 20 years of experience. He began his career as a site engineer in Israel’s largest construction companies and served as CEO of a subsidiary of a top construction group. Led large-scale projects, including thousands of housing units, public and commercial buildings, security structures, and national infrastructure. As Deputy CEO of Engineering, Ran is responsible for coordinating project planning, managing contractors and supervision, and thoroughly leading all construction processes - while adhering to timelines, maintaining execution quality, and a high finishing level.
