The Shaked Group is a veteran real estate group with about 40 years of experience in entrepreneurship and building. The group was founded by Baruch Shaked, a second generation to execution contractors and real estate entrepreneurs who are amongst the construction pioneers in Israel. Along the years, the company has executed many iconic projects all over the country like Performing Arts Center in Beer-Sheva, The District Court in Nazareth and many more. As of 2010, the group is focusing mainly in the field of urban renewal, and also in building in the touristic space. The secret of Shaked Group’s growth is rooted in its human equity, from the company’s management, through the professional employees up to the representatives who accompany customers in the process while showing a professional, honest and visible conduct.

The Group’s Management

Baruch Shaked, Chairman and Owner - Baruch is one of the pioneers of urban renewal projects in Israel. He breathed, studied and internalized building and real estate since his birth, and for over 40 years of activity in the field of building and entrepreneurship he completed successful projects from the top tier, in areas of building for residence, offices and public institutions. In the last decade Baruch chose to focus especially on projects of urban renewal – Pinuy Binuy and TAMA 38. He believes that in those projects The Shaked Group is implementing the values he grew up on.
Segev Efrayim, CEO and Owner – Segev brings to Shaked Group a fresh breeze and implements the vast knowledge the accumulated regarding system development and management. As a graduate of Computer Science studies at Reichman University, a course in management of building projects at the Technion, and a Planning and Building course at Bar-Ilan University, Segev combines the tools he acquired in exceptional expertise, and translates them into innovative solutions which lead Shaked Group to the forefront of Israel’s real estate groups. During the years he developed and managed various activities in tech companies, real estate companies, asset management, building maintenance, projects marketing and construction and development.
Ilan Efrayim, CEO of Tourism Dept. and Owner - Ilan brings to the table over 40 years of experience in establishing and managing touristic activities with focus on the Golan and The Galilee. He was one of the founders of Kanaf cooperative settlement (Moshav), where he resides to this day. Ilan is a man of the land, rooted in Israel’s land and values. The Group’s tourism department currently manages over 200  accommodation units in different locations in Israel, in varied levels of hospitality, as Ilan leads this field of expertise the professionalism and modesty that characterize him. In addition, Ilan manages additional tourist activities in various tourism fields, including agricultural tourism, motor tourism, maritime tourism, and event venues.
