Founded by Baruch Shaked, the group has delivered public and iconic projects, thousands of residential units, and holiday villages nationwide.

Management

Segev Efraim, CEO & Owner: A multidisciplinary entrepreneur with extensive experience in both technology and real estate. Holds a degree in Computer Science from Reichman University and advanced training in construction project management. Segev has held senior management positions in real estate, technology, property management, and marketing. Over the past six years, he has led Shaked Efraim Group’s entrepreneurial and urban renewal activities, combining strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities to advance projects and drive multi-sector growth.

Ilan Efraim, CEO of Tourism Dept.: With more than 40 years of experience in establishing and managing tourism ventures, particularly in the Golan Heights and the Galilee. One of the founders of Moshav Kanaf in the Golan Heights, where he still resides today, Ilan combines his love of the land with practical expertise in tourism. Under his leadership, the Tourism Division operates more than 200 hospitality units and vacation sites nationwide, alongside complementary ventures in agricultural, motor, and marine tourism.

Baruch Shaked, Chairman and Owner: A veteran entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience in Israel’s construction industry and a third-generation member of a family of contractors. He served as a Lieutenant Colonel (Res.) in the construction and logistics units of the Home Front Command. Throughout his career, he has led the development and execution of large-scale residential, office, and public infrastructure projects while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and responsibility.

Eng., Liroy Lavi, VP Engineering: A civil engineer who previously served as VP of Planning at Bonei HaTichon and accumulated experience involving more than 10,000 residential units approved for construction throughout Israel. Within the company, he is responsible for the planning and execution of all projects—from zoning plan approval and permit issuance, through coordination with authorities, to key delivery and warranty periods. He is the person who ensures every project is built properly, delivered on time, and fulfills the commitments made to residents.

CPA Jessica Moraly, VP Finance: A Master’s degree in Accounting from Bar-Ilan University, with extensive experience in finance in general and business financing and non-bank financing in particular. She served as Chief Accountant and a member of management at Ruby Capital. She spent 13 years as Controller at Global Factoring, a subsidiary of Isracard. She also served as Finance Manager for two subsidiaries of The Phoenix Insurance Company and previously worked for many years in the financial division of the leading accounting firm BDO, as well as at Jerusalem Bank.

Adv. Shaked Lahiani, VP Business Development: A graduate of Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of Law, Shaked specialized in commercial law, mergers, and acquisitions, gaining experience in some of Israel’s largest transactions valued at hundreds of millions of shekels. Within the company, he is responsible for sourcing and advancing projects from the initial intake stage through the beginning of execution, while building trust with apartment owners and promoting complex processes.
