Tuboul Brooks is a leading entrepreneurship company and construction partnership. Its partners have been active in this field since the 1990s through several subsidiaries – Y.S.B.A. Initiation and Construction Ltd., which develops and builds residential projects in high-demand areas. Tuboul Brooks LP focuses on the urban renewal segment across Israel.
The partnership of Tuboul Brooks initiates and executes large-scale urban renewal projects. The partnership has vast accumulated experience in initiating and executing residential projects and uses experts who lead the construction of thousands of apartments in multiple planning and executing stages. Tuboul Brooks operates according to several values which have been accompanying it since its establishment, including trust, quality, compassion, partnership, assurance, integrity and transparency while providing optimal customer service .The partnership works passionately and professionally to build and renew Israel and to date it has built and populated about 500 apartments with a total area of about 8,000 sq.m. and currently promoting thousands of additional new apartments, with about 2,800 in initiation and 617 in marketing and under construction. In addition, the company has developed and built over the years offices and logistics center with an overall area of about 50,000 sq.m. The CEO of the partnership is Haim Brooks Cohen, one of its founders.

The partnership Tuboul Brooks, cooperates with the entire Tuboul Group – one of Israel’s leading groups in the field of construction materials, ceramics and sanitation products. Tuboul Group was founded in 1984 and provides retail and wholesale solutions for its diverse clientele starting from the foundation stages to the interior products. The group offers a particularly broad and diverse product offering with about 60,000 items, and represents leading factories in the construction market. Tuboul Group has many advantages that enable it to provide professional, fast and effective service to its customers. These advantages include the broad and varied product offering and also automated and advanced logistics centers, a large fleet that offers solutions for all types of hauling with about 40 trucks that serve the nationwide distribution organization. Tuboul Group is privately owned by the brothers Simo, Boaz and Oren Tuboul, and it employs about 340 employees.

Flagship Projects
Greenside, Bat Yam - Upscale Residences: one of the flagship projects. Located near the light rail station and the suburban highway that connects Rishon LeZion, Bat Yam, Tel Aviv, and Yoseftal railway interchange. The accessible location is in Bat Yam’s cultural heart, adjacent to a spacious park, Bat Yam’s Art Museum, the culture hall and entertainment center – alongside the access to transport arteries and a walking distance to the light rail train - create the perfect young and energetic complex. The project is built by Electra Construction Ltd. at an elite standard, and it includes 9.5-story boutique buildings, each with four modern elevators and underground parking with EV charging stations, storage areas and a unique pneumatic garbage disposal system. The apartment mix includes 2-6-room apartments, diverse garden and roof apartments, lofts and penthouses. Every apartment is air-conditioned, and has a parking space, balcony, and a storage room.
The Golomb Givatayim Project
Tuboul Brooks’ project is located at the heart of the city in a prime location, a very short walk from the Givatayim Mall. The project includes 214 apartments within 3 buildings, and includes commerce and employment areas for the public. In the framework of the project’s approved plan, Tuboul Brooks initiated and led a very significant planning for the benefit of the city’s residents. Among other things, the partnership is committed to build four kindergartens in the public complex, a plan which aggregates and creates a continuum of public space that covers around 5000 square meters at the heart of the city.
The project is currently being planned by the international team of the Miloslavsky Architects. Tuboul Brooks will build this project as an extraordinary and high-quality project with all of the relevant implications. The partnership and the municipality are accelerating the permit proceedings in order to enable all of the residents and rights owners to benefit from an extraordinary project. In addition, the partnership is promoting large-scale developments in other projects in Gush Dan and its surroundings.
