The opening of our northern office and straightening of our staff which will lead to more growth over the next few years.

I would recommend to not rest on your laurels from the moment you are appointed – keep educating yourself, keep evolving, and keep up to date with the latest innovations and developments in your area.

What should one remember during hardships?
First you must stabilize the boat, then, check and adjust your priorities if needed, and always listen to your clients and understand the best way to work for them during such times.
