Weingot Ltd. specializes in urban renewal, both as a developer and as a constructor. Over the past few years, the company has recorded fast growth, led by its founder, the contractor and developer Naftali Weingot. Naftali, who is a member of the Gur Hasidic community, built the company with his own two hands, drawing on more than a decade of field construction experience that he accumulated in direct execution of large construction and expansion projects across the city of Bnei Brak. Over the years, he built a reputation as a professional and reliable execution contractor, known for managing large and complex projects, and his client base steadily grew. After 10 years of experience in every aspect of construction, Naftali established the development company that he heads to this very day – Weingot Construction and Development Ltd.

From Petach Tikva to All Corners of Israel

The company’s first project was an urban renewal (Tama 38 Seismic Retrofitting) project on 13 Pinnes St. in the neighborhood of Kfar Ganim, Petach Tikva, in 2019. During the execution of this project, the company started executing another project in 77 Hafetz Haim St., Petach Tikva. Building on the success of these projects, the company entered the urban renewal sector and experienced extremely rapid growth. Currently, it is promoting almost 1,500 new apartments in planning, while simultaneously executing projects. Hafetz Haim, Petach Tikva – A Tama 38/1 (seismic retrofitting) project with only 18 apartments. This boutique project is located in one of the hottest locations at the heart of Petach Tikva with a rare combination of maximal access to Rd. 471 and the city exit on the one hand and to the city center and education institute on the other hand.

13 Pinnes, Petach Tikva – A boutique Tama 38/1 (seismic retrofitting) project with only 18 apartments, at the heart of Petach Tikva, with excellent access to major transport arteries and education institutes.

Kisch – Raziel, Petach Tikva – A Pinui-Binui project where the company would demolish two old buildings and build in their place two new boutique buildings. The project has particularly large and spacious apartments (more than 100 meters) at a very high level of finishing.

Neve Yaacov, Jerusalem (in cooperation with Golden City Ltd.) – a large scale Pinui-Binui project where the company would evict and demolish 38 old apartments and build 200 new apartments in an upscale and stylish buildings. The project is situated along the light rail track with excellent transportational accessibility. The Customer would be offered a variety of upscale apartments in innovative low-rise buildings, with Sukkah balconies, an opulent lobby, new elevators, spacious parking areas and additional facilities for the residents. The company is collaborating on other projects in Jerusalem where hundreds of new apartments are being promoted at the heart of the city.

12-14-16 Abuhazeira St., Bnei Brak – A Tama 38/2 (demolition and reconstruction) project, where the company would evict 3 old buildings in northern Bnei Brak and rebuild modern and stylish buildings with almost 100 apartments and a 500-meter shopping promenade. The buildings have premium design specification and a particularly luxurious look. The project would constitute a new pillar of the city of Bnei Brak with a central and major avenue for the benefit of the residents.
