Adv. Yael Amar-Rosenberg has over 20 years of experience practicing law. She began her career after graduating her B.A. in Economics specializing in Business Administration from Ben Gurion University and then followed with an LL.B.
She interned at Beer Sheva’s District Court, where she learned the legal system’s way of thinking up close, while gaining judicial experience. In the early stages of her career, Yael worked for leading torts and medical malpractice firms, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. This background enables her a strategic advantage in the understanding of legal, medical, and financial aspects, from all sides of the arena.

For many years she represented large institutions, including “Clalit Health Services” and doctors from various disciplines in cases filed against them, during her time working for large firms and representing doctors and hospitals. Among others she represented Harel Insurance (property, tin, flooding, and theft damage claims), Migdal Insurance (bodily injury - work accidents and personal accidents), Securitas (trucks insurance), and Avner Insurance (traffic accidents). In addition to managing her private firm, she also serves as a member of the Israel Bar Association’s Torts Forum.
