Ari Urieli, Founding Partner and CEO
Former CEO of Tidhar Construction, Ari has extensive experience in building over 12,000 apartments in Israel. He has received the “Yitzhak Rabin National Quality Award” service quality awards, and a certificate of appreciation from the Israeli Construction Center for promoting management and quality practices in the construction sector.

Eitan Neizberg, Co-CEO
Former Deputy CEO of Amidar – Responsible for the entire urban renewal sector and transforming Amidar into the executive arm of the Ministry of Construction and Housing, promoting and managing TAMA 38 projects and evacuation-reconstruction complexes (Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Hod Hasharon, Holon, Ramat Gan). Previously served as Deputy CEO of Holon Municipality, and was responsible for the municipality’s real estate assets, including partnerships with the Azrieli Group and Amot Ltd.
Holds a master’s degree in law – Tel Aviv University, a master’s degree in business administration – Tel Aviv University, and a specialization in Real Estate from Harvard University (USA).

Barak Hass, Business Partner
Founder of Barak Hass Consulting and Mortgages companies, which specializes in financial consulting for individuals and Barak Real Estate - a company active in the field of urban renewal, promoting dozens of projects across the country. Barak holds a M.A. in Business Administration from the Hebrew University, specializing in finance and real estate.

90 HaShalom Rd. / Horodetsky St., Tel Aviv - NOP 38/2 project with 62 units. Permits from the authorities are pending. Construction scheduled for 2nd quarter of 2026.

Gefen Complex, Acre – Pinui-Binui project with about 860 units, promoting an innovative residential concept which considers quality of life and health as the holistic concept to the construction and management of the complex.
Hadar - Jabotinsky Complex, Ramat Gan - Mixed-use project with 155 existing units and about 400 new ones plus office spaces. Partnering with Ashdar of the Ashtrom Group.
2-4-6 Gurei Yehuda St., Ramat Gan - Urban renewal project with Africa Urban Renewal. Two towers (9 and 15 stories) with 133 units (39 privately owned, 94 for sale) - Pending zoning approval.
HaBanim / HaRoe / Radak, Ramat Gan - Mixed-use urban renewal project with 80 existing units, adding 250 new ones. In the zoning application stage.
10-12 Lakhish St., Giv’atayim - NOP 38/2 project replacing 15 existing units with 39 new ones. In the zoning stage.
17-21 Weizmann St., 10 Gordon St., Netanya - Mixed-use tower with 130 units, public spaces, a synagogue, and a commercial center. In the signing phase.
34-36 Bialik / 4-6 Shilo St., Ramat Gan - Urban renewal project with 36 existing units, integrating active commercial frontage, public spaces, and residential units. In the signature and zoning preparation phase.
