Ari Urieli, Founding Partner and CEO
Former CEO of Tidhar Construction, Ari has extensive experience in building over 12,000 apartments in Israel. He has received the “Yitzhak Rabin National Quality Award” service quality awards, and a certificate of appreciation from the Israeli Construction Center for promoting management and quality practices in the construction sector.
Barak Hass, Business Partner
Founder of Barak Hass Consulting and Mortgages. Barak holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration specializing in Finance and Accounting. He also owns a private investment fund that has invested in numerous urban renewal projects.
Projects in Progress
90 Derech HaShalom / Horodetsky St., Tel Aviv - NOP 38/2 project with 62 units. Permits from the authorities are pending. Execution is expected to begin in February 2025.
Planned Projects
44-48 Wolfson St., Petah Tikva - NOP 38/2 project with 67 existing units, expanding to 214. In the permit application stage.
Brande, Petah Tikva - 28 apartment owners will be evicted, and 84 new apartments will be built instead in this complex.
72 Jabotinsky St., Tel Aviv - NOP 38/1 in a prime location, adding 3 new units to 8 existing ones. Discussions are ongoing, with construction expected in 2025.
2-4-6 Gurei Yehuda St., Ramat Gan - Urban renewal project with Africa Urban Renewal. Two towers (9 and 15 stories) with 133 units (39 privately owned, 94 for sale) - Pending zoning approval.
10-12 Lakhish St., Giv’atayim - NOP 38/2 project replacing 15 existing units with 39 new ones. In the zoning stage.
22-24 Ben Eliezer St., Ramat Gan - Urban renewal with Itzik Tshuva Group. The project will feature 135 units, a commercial frontage, a piazza, and public spaces. In the stage of owner signing and preparing zoning alternatives.
Hadar - Jabotinsky Complex, Ramat Gan - Mixed-use project with 155 existing units and 400 new ones plus office spaces. Partnering with Ashdar from Ashtrom Group. Zoning application submitted.
HaBanim / HaRoe / Radak, Ramat Gan - Mixed-use urban renewal project with 80 existing units, adding 250 new ones. In the zoning application stage.
17-21 Weizmann St., 10 Gordon St., Netanya - Mixed-use tower with 130 units, public spaces, a synagogue, and a commercial center. In the signing phase.
34-36 Bialik / 4-6 Shilo St., Ramat Gan - Urban renewal project with 36 existing units, integrating active commercial frontage, public spaces, and residential units. In the signature and zoning preparation phase.
1 Moledet St., Hod HaSharon - Boutique NOP 38/2 project replacing 12 units with 36 new ones. In the signing phase.
Yeshurun, Hod Hasharon - A complex renewal project, in which approximately 60 units will be built.
Kibbutz Galuyot St., Ashdod - Urban renewal replacing 140 units with 617 new ones. In the signing stage.
Gefen Complex, Acre - Urban renewal project with about 600 units, designed to promote innovative living and holistic health concepts.
