Yehavim Nadlan is a construction development and execution company which was founded by the real estate entrepreneurs Eli Biton, Meirav Eden and Alon Biton (Eli’s son). Yehavim Nadlanis, in a way, a subsidiary of Yehavim Project Management and Construction Ltd., - which is managed by Alon Biton, a fighter pilot (res.) who managed, to date, numerous real estate projects until their successful completion. The company is active in all of the segments of real estate development and execution, including standard construction, offices and commerce construction and urban renewal projects – Pinui-Binui and Tama 38. Yehavim Real Estate’s parent company is Yehavim Project Management and Construction Ltd. – a leading company which has been operating for 15 years in the construction industry. Over the years, the company accumulated vast experience in developing commercial and yielding properties and also in the construction of complex residential buildings. Over the past few years, the company has been focusing on urban renewal projects – Tama 38/1 and Tama 38/2, with a particular specialization in the area of north Tel Aviv. The company operates in two divisions – the development arm, which initiated to date about 15 projects which have been already completed and populated (some traditional construction and some urban renewal) and a project management division. In the framework of this division, the company manages and accompanies projects for its subsidiaries and for external construction development companies. 14 Binyamin mi-Tudela St., Jerusalem: A Pinui-Binui project where the company would build an upscale 6.5-story building in the prestigious neighborhood of Rehavia.
