Adv. Zari Hazan – Founding Partner - Has an LL.B. from IDC Herzliya, and a B.A. in Communication and Political Sciences. Admitted into the Israel Bar Association since 2004. Immediately after completing his internship, he founded his firm. Adv. Hazan has excellent litigation and appearance skills in front of the authorities and the courts. He accumulated vast litigation experience and expertise in all of the firm’s practice areas, in particular entry to Israel laws, formulating the right strategy for every case and accompanying it from the investigation or presenting it to the authority and up to representation before the relevant court. The firm’s core values which he instilled are expressed in all of its work and led to firm’s success and its position as one of Israel’s top firms in its practice area which achieved precedential successes in various issues within its practice area. Owing to his longstanding expertise and experience in the firm’s practice areas, as well as the reputation which was built on professional work and excellent service, Adv. Adv. Meital Lupliansky - Partner - Joined the firm in 2008 and was made partner in 2016. Has an LL.B. and a B.A. in Psychology, from Haifa University. Admitted into the Israel Bar Association since 2007.
Adv. Lupliansky interned in the Supreme Court. Afterwards she was a legal assistant in the Supreme Court, specializing in public, administrative and criminal law.
She accumulated vast litigation experience and expertise in all of the firm’s practice areas, and in particular Israel’s laws of entry and administrative law, including Supreme Court petitions. In these fields she achieved precedential successes in highly publicized cases. She manages the firm’s professional team which works with full cooperation. Adv. Yulia Dranovski - Partner - Born in Russia. Immigrated to Israel in 2000 and educated in the Zionist Youth Farm in Jerusalem. She joined the firm in 2010 while studying for her LL.B. from the Academic Center for Business and Law in Ramat Gan. Admitted into the Israel Bar Association since 2016. Joined the firm as a partner in 2022. She manages the firm’s foreign experts mobilization practice, in particular the representation in front of the population and immigration chambers. Her professional and personal excellence achieve the client’s desired results as fast as possible through determination. She volunteers in the Immediate Assistance to Holocaust Survivors NGO and is a member in the volunteer force of the global organization HIAS.
