Adv. Zvi Yakubovitz (1946-2023) - Founder
Adv. Zvi Yakubovitz, who founded the firm in 1978, has specialized in the field of damages and insurance since the beginning of his career. He provided legal services, including counsel and representation, to numerous insurance companies, health funds and other institutions related to insurance and torts. In addition to his work in the law firm, Adv. Yakubovitz was a highly respected lecturer at the Israel Bar Association Training Institute and various professional conferences.

Adv. Eran Yakubovitz specializes in medical malpractice suits, insurance law, health law, and torts, as well as in all types of civil litigation. He is the firm’s managing partner.
In addition, Adv. Yakubovitz lectures about insurance and medical malpractice at the Israel Bar Association Training Institute and serves as a guest lecturer at various venues, including Tel Aviv University, Clalit Health Fund, and various insurance companies. Adv. Yakubovitz also serves a lecturer at Netanya Academic College’s School for health systems management.
