Duns 100 Forum Torts and Medical Malpractice Law 2021
The forum, led by Ariel Schreiber and Efrat Segev and moderated by Baruch Kara, reporter and commentator for News 13 on legal matters, was held with the participation of the heads of the leading firms in Israel in the field of tort law and medical malpractice.
In the forum we held a fascinating discussion on some of the key issues in the field, such as; Issues in tort law in the shadow of the Corona crisis, Ben Gurion Airport's failure and whether the state is responsible for the increase in morbidity and casualties as a result? Filed in light of the operation, compensation of the victims in life and property for disturbances in the cities involved and whether the crimes committed against the victims can be defined - as an act of hostility, and other issues.
