The forum, led by Ariel Schreiber and Efrat Segev and moderated by Baruch Kara, reporter and commentator for News 13 on legal matters, was held with the participation of the heads of the leading firms in Israel in the field of tort law and medical malpractice.

In the forum we held a fascinating discussion on some of the key issues in the field, such as; Issues in tort law in the shadow of the Corona crisis, Ben Gurion Airport's failure and whether the state is responsible for the increase in morbidity and casualties as a result?
