Real Estate Industry Executives Forum 2025

At the opening of the meeting, Sheila Zebro Weiss, senior manager of Duns 100 Rankings and Strategy, presented an up-to-date picture of the industry.

🔹 The impact of the interest rate reduction by 0.25% and whether this is a step that can change the trend of erosion in the residential market.

 🔹 ILA Director General, Yanki Quint, who presented his position regarding the proposed reform of the tender system and its impact on the competitiveness and stability of land prices.

 🔹 The sharp decline of 22% in the sale of new apartments and the discussion of whether this is a deep slowdown in demand or the need for structural adjustment of the market.

 🔹 A gap of 40% between fully construction starts and construction, indicating a growing challenge in the industry's ability to perform.
