On Monday, April 25, 22 at the David Intercontinental Tel Aviv Hotel, the annual Duns 100 forum of senior executives in the Israeli capital market industry was held, with the participation of senior Dun & Bradstreet executives in Israel, Nimrod Sapir, CEO of the Association of Investment Homes and hosted by TV presenter Gideon Oko.

Within the forum, industry executives discussed and discussed issues on the professional agenda, including: the situation in the capital market, the various challenges that characterize the field and possible ways of dealing with them, the demand for investment in the economy, human capital and employment conditions.

Eitan Shmueli, partner and head of the capital market department at Lipa Meir & Co., commented on the IPM storm of the EPM company: "It is not possible to market a security such as a car or a Bamba. The Securities Authority stood on its hind legs and noticed that when there is an advertisement based on false representations, which do not appear in the company prospectus it is inappropriate. I think the Securities Authority should pay attention to this issue and outline a policy on what is the right way for the public to market the content of company prospectuses. " Nimrod Sapir, CEO of the Association of Investment Houses, added: "We also need to think on the financial side of how to direct the demand from the housing market to other investment worlds."

Lawyer Yitzhak Cohen-Yehonatan, partner in the capital market department of Sheblat & Co.: "In light of the recent publications regarding companies without a controlling interest, it is clear to more and more people today that there are many advantages to having controlling shareholders in public companies.

"Talks with institutional bodies indicate that at least some of them believe that companies with control show excess returns compared to companies without a core of control."
