Senior Forum of the Architecture Industry 2024

On Monday, May 20, 2024, we held the annual Duns 100 forum with the participation of senior members of the architecture industry. The forum was held at the Royal Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv, under the guidance of Dafna Shahar, a lawyer specializing in real estate, and led by Ido Leder, Director of Strategic Clients Department at Dun & Bradstreet, with Shila Zavaro Weiss, Director of the Duns 100 Department at Dun & Bradstreet, who reviewed the situation in the economy for the participants. In addition, we hosted at the forum Vered Solomon Maman, chief architect at the firm The construction and housing.

Among the prominent issues that came up among the discussion:

The real estate situation during the Iron Swords War; the security situation, the high interest rate, the decrease in construction starts and the impact on the architecture industry, on what leads to the significant increase in the entry of new work to architects' offices, the ongoing shortage of manpower, the reason why architecture graduates do not integrate into the profession, and more.
