The 2023 Leaders in Law Forum
The senior members of the legal industry forum was held at the Royal Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv under the guidance of Baruch Kara, a legal affairs commentator on News 31, led by Doron Cohen and Ariel Schreiber, with Sheila Zebro-Weiss next to them, who presented an overview of the legal industry, according to Dunn & Bradstreet data, and the notable mergers and transitions in a fight in the offices. The forum dealt with the hot topics in the legal sector, chief among them the legal reform following the changes planned by the emerging government in the legal system, the trend of mergers that led to the thinning out of medium-sized firms and "mega-mergers". Emphasizing the values is an important issue that also came up, among them, social mission, promoting gender equality at the senior level, diversity and inclusion and providing perspective and promotion to preserve the personnel in the offices.
