iReal Group is a leading real estate development company that specializes in the field of urban renewal and developing luxurious real estate projects throughout Israel. The group is one of Israel’s leading urban renew-al companies and is currently promoting the development of 20 different urban renewal projects across the country consisting of more than 1,700 residential units: “Pinui Binui”(demolition and construction- multiple units), “Tama 38/1” (rehab), “Tama 38/2” (demolition and construction- single units). The mangers of the group have experience in promoting real estate projects dating back to 1997, when they first initiated real estate activities over-seas, which have grown significantly over time. iReal Group is part of a group of several companies established by its partners, which manages income-producing properties as well as operating dozens of parking-lots around the country - the cash flow from which providing the group with the financial stability required to develop the company. As part of its mission statement, the company affirms its commitment to the vision of urban renewal as a part of society renewal and emphasizes attention to detail tailored to the clients needs with particular focus on the use of only top-grade standard of construction and material.
The Board
The company was founded by Rafi Cohen, Oded Laufer and Daniel Tetro. Rafi is a graduate of Tel Aviv University with a master’s degree in economics. Oded has a B.A. in Finance from Coventry University, UK with an M.B.A. in Real Estate Investments from City University of London and Daniel has a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Bar Ilan University, Tel aviv. In addition to the three founding partners, the team now includes a VP of business development, a VP of urban renewal and a network of engineers and project managers, interior designers, legal advisors, etc. In addition to its partnerships with leading real estate development and construction companies in Israel, the company uses the services of the very best financial, tax, and legal professional advisors. Ireal partners with leading developers and construction companies, such as Shikun & Binui, Yuvalim Group and uses the services of leading architecture firms such as Pivko Architects and D-BLK Architects, as well as top law firms such as M. Firon & Co., Steinmitz Herman Gurman Law, and more.
Urban Renewal in Israel
10 years ago, the group made the strategic decision that its future growth accelerator in the real estate development market should be based on urban renewal projects. For this purpose, the group has assembled a dedicated team which includes some of the best advisors in the field. Since its inception, the group has promoted more than 20 such projects mainly in Tel Aviv, Givatayim, Holon, and Bat Yam – 2 of which are already completed and occupied. The focus is specifically on choosing only prime locations and maintaining the unique architectural design.

Overseas Real Estate Initiative
The group’s managers began their activities in the field of real estate in London in 1997 with projects of construction and rehab of residential complexes. In 2002, the group’s managers expanded their activities to Budapest and were involved in a large-scale commercial and residential project that included both 900 residential units and 3,000 sq.m. of commercial areas. In the last decade, the group has initiated additional projects amounting to hundreds of units in England, Spain, Hungary, and Romania. Additionally, the group is currently a partner in 2 large-scale residential projects in Greater London and is actively pursuing the planning process.
Income-Producing Real Estate and Parking-Lots in Israel
The group owns income-producing real estate and parking lots in Israel. Among them is a building at 185 Ben Yehuda St., Tel Aviv, the “Gan HaChashmal” parking lot at 10 Levontin St., Tel Aviv, and the “Beit Gibor Sport” parking lot at 7 Men-achem Begin Rd., Ramat Gan. The group’s owners established the “Green Parking Lot” brand, which has been operating since 2009, which specializes in consulting, planning, building, managing, and operating parking lots.
The company, which operates as a chain of parking lots, aims to provide a quality and professional solution to the parking crisis in the Tel Aviv area, and over the years it expanded to additional cities in central Israel. As of today, the chain has doz-ens of parking lots in Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Herzliya, Ra’anana, Jerusalem, and Netanya.
