Adv. For more than 20 years, Adv. Ronny Salant has advised on urban renewal projects and complex real estate transactions - combination transactions, execution transactions, option agreements, and the unification of landowners - as well as advising developers on financing transactions, including both bank and non-bank project finance. He also practices in the field of dissolution of co-ownership in real estate and serves as a court-appointed receiver.
