Adi Capital’s development arm actively manages residential, commercial, office, and logistical facilities projects. Collaboration with leading development companies, such as Rotshtein and Yuvalim, allows the company to deliver on large-scale projects across Israel.

The Company’s Holdings

Adi Capital engages in both development and investment. The company also owns land assets in central and northern Israel and has partnered with several companies on various development initiatives. In 2024, Adi Capital acquired 50% of Terra Real Estate, a company specializing in the development, management, and execution of urban renewal projects. Terra Real Estate focuses on the promotion of Pinui-Binui projects in Jerusalem and is headed by CEO Yona Green, who has managed its operations since the company’s founding.

Avi Samuels, Chairman and Partner
Avi is an investor and real estate developer with over 20 years of experience. He is one of the founders of the “Shalva” organization and served as its chairman for over a decade. He maintains global business connections and is active in both philanthropy and business entrepreneurship. He is a partner in several local and foreign real estate projects.
Dov Wiener, Director and Business Development Manager
Dov is a founding partner of Jett Capital and co-heads the company’s global energy and real estate consulting practices. He brings decades of experience in banking, investments, and financial management to Adi Capital.
Rabbi Avraham Cohen, Director and Partner, Project Analyst
Avraham has years of experience in real estate and business development in Mexico, the US, and Israel. He is a Business Administration graduate of Ibero University (Mexico City) and is a data analyst.

The Etrog, Givat Shmuel
An innovative mixed-use project, comprised of 84 new residential units, 24,000 sqm of office space and 2,500 sqm of commercial areas. The Etrog is being developed in partnership with Yuvalim.

Alfei Menashe Business Park
A mixed-use project that includes 35,000 sqm of logistics facilities, 18,540 sqm of office space and 18,190 sqm of commercial areas. The business park is located in the developing industrial town of Alfei Menashe and is being developed in partnership with Rotshtein and Tazfit.

Academic Center, Petah Tikva
A high-rise residential project with 114 new apartments, found in the prestigious Ramat Hadar neighborhood on the border of
Givat Shmuel.

Water Tower, ‘Northern Kinneret View’
Construction is being planned for a new residential neighborhood on the eastern edge of Safed, overlooking the Kinneret and the Golan Heights. The project will feature approximately 300 residential units built alongside country clubs, hotels, commercial areas, recreational spaces, and public institutions.

28/32 Neve Yaakov Complex
The project, which has already received an excavation and landfill permit, is located in Jerusalem’s northernmost Jewish neighborhood. The complex will undergo accelerated renewal due to its proximity to the light rail, which will connect it to the city’s center. The project will be comprised of 530 new residential units, replacing the 111 existing units.

Armon Hanatziv Complex
Situated in southeast Jerusalem on the slope of Mount Etzel, Armon Hanatziv is home to a diverse community of around 15,000 residents and is characterized by an ethos of community development and betterment initiatives. The project plans for 2,000 new residential units to be built in this complex.

Bar Kochba Complex
Located in the desirable French Hill neighborhood, this project enjoys exclusive proximity to The Hebrew University’s complex on Mount Scopus. Plans are in development to construct 1,200 new upscale residential units.

8 Miriam Hashmonait / 2 Gedaliyahu St.
This project is located in the prestigious Baka neighborhood in southern Jerusalem and is in the advanced stages of approval.
Baka was established at the beginning of the last century and is characterized by its exceptional educational institutions and population. Two new buildings will replace two existing buildings, while an additional preservation building will be renovated from the ground up.

92 Agripas St.
This unique project, found in the heart of Jerusalem, is also in advanced stages of approval. Located a short walk from the Mahane Yehuda Market, between Agripas and Shaare Tzedek streets, the project’s charming and unique location make it highly attractive. The project involves the construction of 70 residential units and commercial spaces.
