Executive Team

Udi Gilboa, Executive Chairperson and Co-Owner - a former investment banker and a successful serial entrepreneur, the founder of several medical equipment companies and the Amisaf Real Estate Group.
Eng. Yitzhak Wasserstein, Co-Owner and Head of Planning - Civil engineer, Technion graduate. His vast experience and knowledge, accumulated over the course of decades in the construction industry, his professionalism and his out-of-the-box thinking and creativity in every project, make a difference.

Snir Naftali, CEO - Holds a B.A, Accounting and Economics. Has more than a decade of extensive experience in developing, managing and executing urban renewal projects in prime locations. He has deep understanding and diverse experience in complex permit proceedings, execution, delivery of high-end apartments to customers and accompanying residents.

Moran Zwiebel, VP, Business Development - A lawyer by education, with more than a decade of experience in real estate in general and in urban renewal in particular. Before joining the group, he was an associate in the real estate department of a leading law firm, and a VP, Business Development of development and urban renewal companies, and brings vast experience in all stages of urban renewal and development.
