An increase in competition and increasing demand from the clients to receive a more diversified service, that goes beyond direct legal services. Retaining our young high-quality manpower.

Act with moderation, gradually and patiently; remember that Rome wasn’t built in a day.
What should one remember during hardships?
That the workplace should be a safe and pleasant place for everyone also when there is a decline in profits.
