Adv. and Notary Amitai Aviad, Founding Partner
Adv. Aviad heads the firm’s litigation department. He focuses on complex commercial litigation across a broad range of civil and commercial matters – complex civil and commercial litigation, corporate law, family related commercial disputes, labor related disputes and more. He has longstanding experience in litigations before courts of all levels. In the framework of his practice, he has represented banking entities, public companies, cooperatives, commercial companies, private individuals and others in the management of complex proceedings before various courts and tribunals.

Over the years, Adv. Aviad has been involved in large and complex transactions and commercial litigation cases, representing institutions, public corporations and senior businesspersons, before courts of all levels and in mediation and arbitration proceedings. His professional experience spans all aspects of civil and commercial law, providing him with a comprehensive perspective to effectively represent clients in complex disputes. His expertise ensures a deep understanding of both the factual intricacies and the legal framework governing each case. Adv. Adv. David Itach, Founding Partner
Adv. Itach heads the firm’s Real Estate and Commercial Law Department and in this capacity, he specializes in real estate and commercial transactions cases while providing close ongoing support to clients. He has accumulated vast experience in years of practice in top Israeli firms and in Aviad, Itach & Co., and he leads large scale real estate projects, including commercial complexes, warehouses and logistics facilities, residential buildings etc., from the stage of reviewing the plans and lots and full assistance in acquiring the lands, through to the planning proceedings and the preparation of the various public tenders and until the completion of the construction, with legal counsel and representation for every complex legal and commercial issue that may arise in such projects, until their completion. He also has proven experience in all aspects of government land buyout agreements and assigning development rights in hundreds of dunams in Israel, while representing public companies with extensive property rights. He also advises on the development and construction of real estate through purchasing groups and urban renewal projects with hundreds of apartments across Israel. He also represents companies and individuals in sales/acquisitions of various properties, including in the agricultural sector. Adv.
