What is a significant move you have recently done?
In recent years, I have decided to formalize the extensive knowledge that has been accumulated in all matters of lands and properties in the rural Real estate in Israel.
In the many and complex our accumulated practice in transactions carried out in MOSHAV’s estates, in fulfilling my role as a receiver on behalf of the Family Court to settle complex issues between heirs in estates, in my activities in the regional council, in representing public companies vis-à-vis Israel Land Authority, in restitution transactions vis-à-vis Israel Land Authority on a very large scale, in my activities as an elected member for years on the association's board, in my acquaintance with many professionals and people in this field, and so on, a very comfortable and professional environment was created for opening a department of this sector (among the other sections in the office).
Due to the extensive and prosperous activity in this field, Attorney Shimra Peretz Dahan was added about four years ago, who accompanies me in this field. Today, we are definitely among the leading firms in the country in this field as well.
What are the significant strengths of the company to you?
Beyond the uncompromising professionalism and attention to detail, in my opinion, the close support provided to the client and the feeling that he is "at home - within the family" and that he is accompanied every step of the way in a transaction with full transparency is a very significant thing in the nature of the firm.
Another strength of the firm is undoubtedly in the firm's motto, which is accompanied by the phrase "We must find a way or pave a new way".
A strength that is no less important and characterizes the firm undoubtedly lies in creating "glue" between the employees and building a similar common denominator among all while understanding the firm's DNA that is in line with these values.
What are your recommendations for a manager at the beginning of his path?
Do not compromise on professionalism alongside personal and close support. Believe in yourself and your abilities. Work hard – you don't merit light from nowhere. Set realistic challenges and don't give up. Success will come.
