In over 60 years of activity, Aviv Group’s extensive portfolio includes iconic projects such as the Moshe Aviv Tower in Ramat Gan , the Rothschild 22 Tower in Tel Aviv, combining office space and a luxury hotel, the Assuta Private Hospital in Ramat HaHayal Tel Aviv, the “Aviv in Ahimeir” luxury residence in Ramat Aviv, constructed by Aviv and planned by engineer Avner Yashar, which won a prestigious award in September 2024 in the international CTBUH awards, Aviv in Gimel complex in Tel Aviv, “Sea and Sun” complex on Tel Aviv’s shore, Bustan Aviv in Hod HaSharon, Lieber exclusive tower near Neve Tzedek in Tel Aviv, Levontin House near Rothchild in Tel Aviv, Elifelet tower near The Station complex in Tel Aviv, Aviv towers complex in Tel Aviv and several towers in Ramat Gan’s Stock Exchange area, including Spair tower, Diamond tower, Avgad tower, Silver House, HaKeren House, Noam House and more.
In the commercial and public sectors, Aviv Group has delivered a series of landmark projects including the Weizmann Center in Tel Aviv, featuring a commercial hub, office and clinic towers, the ‘Palace’ assisted living complex, a hotel, maternity facilities, and extensive parking solutions, the Palmahim Beach Desalination Facility, Metro Mall and office buildings in Rehovot, the advanced particle accelerator at the Weizmann Institute in Rehovot, the Bible Lands Museum in Jerusalem, the Yitzhak Sadeh Bridge, HaTayelet Bridge in Tel Aviv, the Ramat Gan National Stadium, and more.
In the field of urban renewal, in the last decade Aviv Group initiated and developed various residential projects under a fully owned company, “Aviv Yezum”. The group, through Aviv Yezum company, specialized in both urban renewal and development projects and promoted dozens of evacuation and construction projects in the center of Israel. As of 2022, half of Aviv Yezum was sold to Melisron and under joint management began to market projects: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs district in Jerusalem, Aviv in Netzach in Ramat Hasharon, Aviv in Hankin in Tel Aviv, Aviv in Podium in Ramat Gan, Aviv in Makor in Ramat Gan, Aviv in Hafetz Haim in Tel Aviv, the Histadrut complex in Givatayim (11 towers), Maoz Aviv in Tel Aviv. At the end of October 2024, the group sold the remaining holdings in Aviv Yezum to Melisron.

A taste of the projects in marketing
Park Aviv, in the New Ramat Efal neighborhood - A planned residential and commercial project covering an area of approximately 150 dunams. It will include 722 housing units with garden apartments, 3-5 room apartments, mini-penthouses, and penthouses, across 11 residential buildings, ranging from 8-14 floors.
Herbert Samuel SIX-8, Tel Aviv - On the seafront, at the corner of Herbert Samuel, Daniel, and Ha Yarkon streets, Aviv Group, in collaboration with Leny Group, is building one of the most beautiful residential buildings in Israel. This building will include 18 floors and combine residential, hotel, and commercial spaces.
6 Wissotzky St., Tel Aviv - At the heart of the established neighborhood “Shikun Tzameret” two 15-story residential buildings built and populated with Luxurious lobby Spa and fitness complex, with 173 apartments. The project was planned and constructed with Acro and L.R.
