Aviv Group’s extensive portfolio includes iconic projects such as the Moshe Aviv Tower, a beacon of Israeli modernity, and the Rothschild 22 Tower in Tel Aviv, renowned for its sophisticated urban integration. Notable developments like the Assuta Private Hospital in Ramat HaHayal Tel Aviv and the Aviv in Ahimeir luxury residence showcase the group’s dedication to combining architectural brilliance with exceptional functionality.
In the commercial and public sectors, Aviv Group has delivered a series of landmark projects that underscore its commitment to excellence and innovation. These include the Weizmann Center in Tel Aviv, featuring a commercial hub, office and clinic towers, the ‘Palace’ assisted living complex, a hotel, maternity facilities, and extensive parking solutions. In the field of urban renewal, in the last decade Aviv Group established itself as a leader in revitalizing communities and redefining modern living standards. By undertaking large-scale redevelopment initiatives, the group replaces outdated structures with state-of-the-art residential complexes that prioritize quality, functionality, and sustainability. Each project integrates thoughtfully designed green spaces, upgraded infrastructure, and modern amenities, fostering vibrant, connected communities and significantly enhancing residents’ quality of life. The group, through Aviv Yezum company, specialized in both urban renewal and development projects and promoted dozens of evacuation and construction projects in the center of Israel. As of 2022, half of Aviv Yezum was sold to Melisron and under joint management began to market projects: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs district in Jerusalem, Aviv in Netzach in Ramat Hasharon, Aviv in Hankin in Tel Aviv, Aviv in Podium in Ramat Gan, Aviv in Makor in Ramat Gan, Aviv in Hafetz Haim in Tel Aviv, the Histadrut complex in Givatayim (11 towers), Maoz Aviv in Tel Aviv. At the end of October 2024, the group sold the remaining holdings in Aviv Yezum to Melisron.

Where is the company headed?

Project Under Construction, in Marketing and in Planning

6 Wissotzky, Tel Aviv - At the heart of the established neighborhood “Shikun Tzameret” two 15-story residential buildings are being built, with 3-4-room apartments and a variety of special premium apartments. The project was planned and constructed wothAcro and L.R. and is in population stages.
Herbert Samuel SIX-8, Tel Aviv - On the seafront, at the corner of Herbert Samuel, Daniel, and HaYarkon streets, Aviv Group, in collaboration with Leny Group, is planning the construction of one of the most beautiful residential buildings in Israel. This building will include 18 floors and combine residential, hotel, and commercial spaces.
Aviv in Tel HaShomer - A planned residential and commercial project covering an area of approximately 150 dunams. It will include about 722 housing units with garden apartments, 3-5 room apartments, mini-penthouses, and penthouses, across 11 residential buildings, ranging from 8-14 floors, and about 47,000 square meters for commercial and employment purposes.

International Activity

USA: Nine shopping centers in Chicago, Vermont, Florida, Ohio, California, Maryland and Nashville. The average area of a shopping center is approx. 200,000 sqm. Five commercial centers were sold.
Serbia: Three commercial centers. Two of them were sold.
Bulgaria: Two commercial centers sold to GE Capital & Quinian funds.

Be-Aviv Fund

The group operates in New York through the Be-Aviv fund, which provides loans to real estate projects.
