Urban Renewal – The firm’s team specializes in comprehensive and professional legal services for Pinui-Binui projects, drawing on extensive legal, planning and appraisal expertise, skilled management of negotiations, and the ability to navigate complex legal challenges. The team represents apartment owners and residents’ delegations in urban renewal proceedings, applying its mastery of the planning language, familiarity with the requirements of the various authorities, and ability to develop smart strategies, anticipate challenges in advance, manage sensitive multi-party processes (including legal actions involving dissenting residents), and guide projects through to completion. The firm accompanies apartment owners from the initial organizing stage, through negotiations with the developer, drafting a Pinui-Binui agreement, representation before planning and permits committees, formalizing and registering the rights in the Land Registrar, bank finance and up to the delivery of the new apartments to their owners. In the framework of facilitating the project, the firm’s team handles the planning and building proceedings and collaborates with planners and consultants, planning committees, and appeal committees, and handles administrative appeals.
Real Estate Transactions – the firm’s team represents private owners, developers, purchasing groups, and investors, in private, commercial, and public real estate transactions across Israel. The firm also handles the transactions’ bank finance and rights registration aspects.

Planning and Zoning – our firm also practices all aspects of planning and zoning: representing developers, landowners, and contractors in planning and rezoning proceedings, from the initiation stage up to the approval and execution of zoning plans, representation before planning committees of various levels (local, district and national), appeal committees and the courts on matters pertaining to the advancement of rezoning plans, including filing and appearing in objections and appeal proceedings and filing and representing in administrative actions related to such plans, representation in matters pertaining to betterment charges including representation before the betterment charges appeal committee, ruling appraisals and the courts.
