Elias Tannous has been BST’s CEO since 2018 and has since led the group to numerous successes and significant growth in the global market. As a person who grew and developed inside the group he leads today, Tannous embodied its fundamental values from an early age: excellence, quality, and uncompromising service.

Under his management, the group is thriving and leading innovative endeavors in the fields of development, construction, finishing work, and international activity, which are the group’s main activities. In Each of these fields, the group is setting new standards of quality, safety, service, and credibility.

A Civil Engineering graduate of Hertfordshire, Tannous manages in an innovative manner, while focusing on the group’s development and improving its processes. He promotes a culture of excellence and serves as an inspiration to both teams and customers.

As a leader, Tannous strengthens the company’s cultural values by promoting equal opportunities and empowerment, while combining business creativity as a response to market changes.

A married father of three, Elias resides in Netanya and enjoys an active lifestyle and sports, such as scuba diving and horseback riding, all of which reflect his passion for challenges.
