Mr. Rafi Biskar has been the group’s Chairman since 2017. He is one of Israel’s leading and most influential businesspeople. He formerly resided as the Chairman of the following companies: Shufersal, Gav Yam, and Property & Building. He brings with him decades of impressive real estate and commercial experience. With such an impressive career and executive management experience in some of the Israeli market’s most prominent companies, Rafi has led growth and business improvement endeavors, combining innovation and efficiency in various areas – from retail and real estate development to residential and high-tech investments. During his previous roles, he led many growth and development processes, including the establishment of tech parks and residential neighborhoods for Property & Building, which significantly increased the company’s activity span. And, as Shufersal’s Chairman he led an overall process that focused on the development of the company’s private brand and its online channels, which ultimately gave Shufersal a distinct competitive advantage in the retail market.
