The firm was founded by Yossi Barak and Kobi Gardi, who have over three decades of experience in capital markets, insurance, and real estate. Over the years, they have established and developed 18 active companies within the Israeli market, while building strong, long-standing relationships with leading institutional investors and major insurance providers.
Barak Finances operates as an integrated group with three core divisions: an investment arm, an insurance agency, and a real estate development company. The firm’s approach is based on the Family Office model - a wealth management framework that has traditionally been accessible in Israel only to families with assets exceeding NIS 5 million. Real Estate Division - Creating Stability, Building the Future

The Real Estate Division focuses on the initiation, management, and marketing of urban renewal projects, primarily in high-demand areas across central Israel.
The division currently oversees approximately 2,000 residential units at various stages nationwide, with a total projected sales volume of approximately NIS 2 billion. Contractors are selected through a rigorous tender process managed by Margolin Brothers, one of Israel’s leading engineering management firms. All projects are carried out under closed bank financing, in full compliance with the Israeli Sales Law, and in collaboration with major financial institutions, including leading banks and insurance companies. Contractors are selected according to the scale and nature of each project and include some of the most established construction companies in Israel, such as Danya Cebus.

Nadlahon Fund - An investment vehicle providing exposure to urban renewal (Pinui-Binui) projects in high-growth areas, without the need for mortgage financing, purchase tax, or tenant management.
The fund offers three investment tracks: fixed income, capital appreciation, or a hybrid approach. Each project is backed by bank financing and secured by underlying assets. Minimum investment: NIS 500,000 | Investment horizon: approximately 3 years.

Barak Diamond - an insurance agency serving both employees and employers, specializing in personal wealth management, client portfolio management, ongoing servicing, and insurance operations, including services for fund investors.
The division includes over 100 independent agents, service and operations professionals, and senior financial planners across Israel, managing more than 40,000 active insurance portfolios.
It oversees approximately NIS 4 billion in capital market assets, alongside long-term savings totaling hundreds of millions of shekels and extensive insurance portfolios. The company ranks among the top ten insurance agencies in Israel, with over 13 years of industry experience.

Retirement & Executive Planning Department - Professional, Personal, Holistic

The Retirement & Executive Planning Department specializes in comprehensive retirement planning, addressing financial, pension, investment, insurance, family economics, and career transition considerations. Its work is based on a structured professional methodology that combines strategic planning with personalized guidance, delivering tailored solutions for retirees, senior executives, and organizations. The department also offers pre-retirement planning starting at age 50, based on a family-oriented “financial preventive care” approach, as well as simulated retirement planning services that enable clients to fully optimize their benefits and financial structure, even if they choose to continue working beyond retirement age. The department is led by Alex Belsky, VP of Business Development at Barak Group, with professional leadership by Oksana Gutin, a senior consultant with over 20 years of experience in the field.
