Bardugo Group is a leading and growing group specializing in the planning, development, and execution of real estate projects. The group was established nine years ago by Lior Bardugo, its founder and owner. Lior brings over 20 years of experience in senior management positions at real estate companies and leading businesses in the Israeli market. Among other roles, he served as Deputy CEO of Peretz Boney HaNegev and CEO of Eyal Peretz Initiatives.

Over the years, he has played an active role in initiating real estate transactions and leading projects encompassing thousands of housing units, from the initiation and structuring of the transaction through project occupancy and delivery to the satisfaction of purchasers. Bardugo group manages a wide range of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and urban renewal projects in cities throughout Israel. The projects are at various stages, with some already delivered, some in planning and permitting processes, and others under construction. The group’s portfolio is broad and diverse, ranging from projects of several dozen housing units to large-scale developments comprising hundreds of housing units.

The Construction Company - Excellence Building Ltd.

The group owns an in-house construction arm, Excellence Building Ltd., a company holding a G-5 contractor classification (unlimited), enabling it to undertake construction projects of any financial and engineering scale. The division is headed by Ben Shirazi. The company executes all projects developed by the parent group. Excellence Building Ltd. enables the group to construct projects independently, without reliance on external parties, while maintaining complete control over activities at its construction sites. This allows the group to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to its clients, both in terms of workmanship and material quality, while also shortening project delivery schedules.

JOY – Student Dormitories – Kfar Saba – A student housing complex comprising five 9-story buildings with approximately 370 housing units, as well as approximately 4,500 sq.m. of commercial space. The project is being developed with an investment of tens of millions of shekels and built to the highest standards, incorporating green environmental systems, including a unique pneumatic waste disposal system that promotes a clean and environmentally friendly quality of life.
