Bardugo Group is a leading group that specializes in the planning, development and construction of real estate projects. The group was established approximately 7 years ago by Lior Bardugo, the founder and owner of the group. Lior maintains over 20 years of experience in executive positions of Israel’s real estate companies and leading companies and served as Deputy CEO of Peretz Bonni Hanegev and CEO of Eyal Peretz Enterprises.
Over the years, he partook in the development of real estate transactions and led projects that include thousands of housing units, as of the initiation and formulation of the transaction and up to the occupancy of the projects to the customers’ satisfaction. Bardugo Group maintains many residential, commercial, mixed-use and urban renewal projects in various cities throughout Israel. The projects are in different stages - some have been delivered, some are in planning and permitting stages, and some are under construction. The group’s range of projects is broad and varied and includes projects of different scopes, as of dozens of housing units and up to large-scale projects that include hundreds of housing units.
The Construction Company - Excellence Building Ltd.
The group has an internal construction division named Excellence Building Ltd., a company with a C-5 (unlimited) contractor classification, which enables it to carry out construction at any financial and engineering scope. The division is headed by the VP of Execution, Roy Shalev. The company constructs all the parent group’s projects. Excellence Building Ltd. company enables the group to construct projects regardless of external factors, while holding complete control over the sites. Thus, the group provides its customers with the guarantee of adhering to all its obligations, whether regarding the quality of the work, the quality of the materials, and even shortening the project delivery schedules.

JOY – Student dormitories – Kfar Saba – A student dormitory complex that includes 5 9-story buildings with approximately 370 housing units, as well as approximately 4,500 sq.m. of commercial space. The project is constructed at an investment of tens of millions of NIS of construction at the highest level, with green environmental systems, that includes a unique pneumatic system for garbage disposal –ensuring a clean and environmentally friendly quality of life. The residents of the complex will benefit from common areas for studying, meetings and conferences, music rooms, and commercial areas that includes gyms, restaurants, clinics, laundromats and supermarkets.
RENE – 10 Teller St., Rehovot – A development and construction project that includes 28 housing units.
UNICO – 13 Smilansky St., Rehovot – An urban renewal project that includes 28 housing units.
GUSTO – 36 Gordon St., Rehovot – An urban renewal project that includes 28 housing units.
LUMINA – 38 Gordon St., Rehovot – An urban renewal project in which 36 housing units will be constructed.
CLASICO – 22 Wilkomitz St., Rehovot – An urban renewal project in which 80 housing units will be constructed.
Derech Yavne St., Rehovot – An urban renewal project in which 35 housing units will be constructed.
PARTICULAR – 11 Moskowitz St. – A rental housing project in which 45 housing and commercial units will be constructed.
DORMS - Rabbi Yagel, Givat Shmuel – A complex in which 300 housing units and commercial units will be constructed.
RELIFE – 2-4 Teller St., Rehovot – A development and construction project in which 30 housing units will be constructed.
