What recent key move did you lead?
Establishing an urban renewal department and obtaining numerous projects. Execution of several organizational changes and hiring high-quality and skilled people to our team. Formalizing work procedures, implementing advanced IT systems and more. Establishing the company’s execution arm.
What are the company’s strongest attributes?
It is an elite unit. A company with the DNA for squeezing water from a stone. Promoting projects in record times, while handling every project as if it were the only one. Creative planning, a sense of family, reliability and integrity.
Which of the company’s recent key moves will lead to it becoming stronger over the next few years?
Our flagship project in Kfar Saba obtained all the approvals and is currently in marketing. This is a very significant milestone in the lifecycle of our company, which would catapult it to a position amongst Israel’s leading and strongest companies.
What are the main challenges that the company will face over the next few years?
To find and identify the opportunities in the market on time.
What would you recommend to an up-and-coming executive?
Hard and consistent work. Be proactive. Take more and more missions and responsibilities and don’t be afraid to experiment and experience. Simultaneously to working – never stop learning and accumulating knowledge.
What should one remember during hardships?
That it’s all for the best and everything is from God.
