Describe a recent meaningful move led by you
Since 2011, the administrative enforcement of securities laws has been handled by the Administrative Enforcement Committee. In 2018, for the first time since this proceeding began, the committee determined that the Israel Securities Authority did not meet its evidentiary burden and exempted our clients from liability.

Unlike other firms, our firm's Capital Markets Department is built on the basis of interlocking tools. Our firm has a great deal of expertise in financial regulation, from the representation of public companies, portfolio management companies, investment houses, and merchant markets, to the representation of startups in the fields of fintech and blockchain. In addition to ongoing regulatory support, our firm also advises clients facing enforcement proceedings opened against them by financial regulators. Working in these two areas simultaneously enables us to provide our clients with better representation, since we have knowledge and familiarity with both the daily routine of these companies and the manner in which authorities conduct various enforcement procedures.
