What is a significant move you have recently made?
Strengthening the connection and communication between all links in the company’s chain: early planning, pre-execution planning, and execution. This will ensure that mutual feedback among them leads to problem-solving in the project as early as possible.
What are the significant strengths of the company to you?
A company of good people who prioritize the customer's well-being first and only then consider the bottom line.
What are the central moves that were recently made, and would lead to the company's strengthening in the years to come?
The company has acquired numerous urban renewal projects in the most desirable areas of the country. With extensive experience and exceptional ability, the company can execute these types of projects as an independent unit in all aspects: legal, planning, marketing, as a contractor, and as a housing company.
These projects have matured into permits over the years and will bear fruit in the coming future.
What are the main challenges of the company in the next few years?
The company has been experiencing rapid growth in recent years. Our challenge is to ensure that the personal and warm service our customers are accustomed to does not suffer, and to continue growing without compromising on service and quality.
What are your recommendations for a manager at the beginning of his career?
The central recommendation is "God is in the details." It's better to do a few things thoroughly and correctly than to do many things without paying attention to the details of each project!
What is important to remember even during hardships?
First, it's important to remember during good times that tough times will come, and we need to keep reserves for those periods. In difficult times, remember that it's only temporary; we need to roll up our sleeves, climb the hill, and once we overcome it, a beautiful valley will be revealed!
