About Beno Glikman, Law Office and Notary

Beno Glikman, Law Office and Notary is one of Israel’s leading boutique firms in the field of tort law and National Insurance. The firm specializes in claims against the National Insurance Institute, work accidents, traffic accidents, bodily injuries, medical malpractice, and private and commercial insurance policies.
Founded by Adv. Glikman, the firm represents clients before all entities responsible for their financial compensation (including rehabilitation rights). The firm has earned a strong reputation in the market, including with insurance companies, and is known for being tenacious, professional, and reliable. Over the years, Adv. Glikman has secured very significant compensation for the firm’s clients, and in the vast majority of cases, the files conclude in favor of the claimants.

Nearly 20 Years of Professional Experience

Adv. Glikman holds a first degree (LL.B.) and second degree (LL.M.) in law, as well as a B.A. in Business Administration from Reichman University. He began his professional career in 2006 at the office of Adv. Yaakov Rahat (Rotholz), primarily representing insurance companies.
For approximately 17 years, he represented the largest insurance companies in Israel, defending them in courts and representing their insured clients, which included factories, municipalities, contractors, and various business owners — all from the companies’ perspective.

Exclusive Representation of Claimants

Today, Adv. Glikman represents claimants exclusively, with a unique focus on a 360-degree service for the firm’s clients, i.e., full rights enforcement before the National Insurance Institute, insurance companies in complex tort claims including work accidents, negligence, and traffic accidents, pension funds in disability claims, and insurance companies in claims under private/personal policies.

Deep Understanding of Insurance Operations

The firm’s uniqueness lies in its deep understanding of how the opposition thinks and operates. The team knows the working methods of insurance companies and the strategies they apply toward victims and their families, informed by years of prior experience working for these companies.
The professional knowledge accumulated allows the firm to anticipate insurers’ actions, identify weaknesses, and maximize the compensation owed to clients, fighting for every amount they are entitled to under the law.

Guided by a Mission

Adv. Glikman now operates from a sense of purpose — shifting the balance of power between claimants and insurance companies/National Insurance. The firm does this by setting a high professional standard, providing personal and thorough attention to every case, and rejecting compromises that do not grant the client full rights. Adv. Glikman leverages his extensive experience for the security of his clients, fighting to ensure they receive the maximum compensation they deserve.

Effective Work Process

The firm’s work process begins from the moment of injury with referrals to relevant medical experts, selecting the correct claims channels according to timing (especially relevant in work accidents), and choosing the best timing for the client. All actions aim to maximize compensation and enforce all available medical and rehabilitation rights.

Collaboration with Leading Experts

The firm upholds uncompromising professionalism, demonstrated through in-depth collaboration with top experts, including doctors, safety engineers, and experienced private investigators. This strategic collaboration strengthens claims in medical malpractice, work accidents, traffic accidents, or serious bodily injury cases and has repeatedly proven critical to achieving very high compensation.

Personal Support and Comprehensive Care

The firm deeply understands the complexity and impact of physical or psychological injury on claimants and their families, providing empathetic, hands-on support throughout the process — from the first moment to actual compensation. The team is available across platforms to answer questions, ease concerns, and update clients at every stage, ensuring they always feel in safe hands.

Selected Cases

Compensation of 2,339,756 NIS for a discharged soldier – Represented a discharged soldier injured in a motorcycle accident during work. Initially, a claim was filed with the National Insurance Institute as a work-related injury, and she was assessed 84% medically disabled due to neurological, orthopedic, psychological injuries, and scarring. The insurance company attempted to deny liability, claiming the compensation “overlapped” with NII payments, arguing she functioned as a normal young woman, completing her degree and working. After legal proceedings before medical committees and the court, the client received total compensation of 2,339,756 NIS.

Cumulative compensation of 5,291,454 NIS for a work/traffic accident victim – Represented a 24-year-old truck driver seriously injured while unloading goods: his hand was caught in the truck’s electric ramp, causing crush injuries, fractures, and pain syndrome. Legal proceedings lasted about a decade and were based on proving the event as both a work accident and a traffic accident due to mechanical force of the vehicle. Strategy included handling National Insurance proceedings (medical committees and appeals) before filing the insurance claim. The client ultimately received cumulative compensation of 5,291,454 NIS from two sources: National Insurance (100% disability) and insurance claim for traffic accident compensation.

Nearly 3 Million NIS Compensation for a Security Guard Injured at Work – Represented a young hotel security guard in Eilat injured when a glass door shattered, causing nerve damage to his right hand. The claimant underwent two complex surgeries, prolonged rehabilitation, and medical and psychological treatment. Following the claim, a settlement of 1,800,000 NIS was reached with the employer, in addition to approximately 1,000,000 NIS from National Insurance.
