What is the most significant move you have led recently?
An ethical and emotional decision I made several years ago — transitioning from representing major insurance companies in the Israeli market for approximately 17 years to exclusively representing claimants, injured individuals, and their families. This move enabled me to leverage my in-depth familiarity with the operating methods and strategies of insurance companies for the benefit of plaintiffs, with the goal of changing the balance of power against these powerful entities and improving the compensation awarded to injured parties.

What do you see as the firm’s most significant strengths?
Understanding “the other side”: The ability to anticipate the steps of insurance companies and identify their vulnerabilities, thanks to many years of experience working on their behalf.

360-degree support: Providing comprehensive service that includes maximizing clients’ rights before all relevant bodies — the courts, the National Insurance Institute, insurance companies (private policies), and pension funds.

Uncompromising professionalism: Strategic collaboration with leading medical experts, safety engineers, and investigators, which constitutes a critical factor in the success of claims and in securing maximum compensation.

Personal and empathetic support: Providing close and supportive guidance to injured individuals and their families from the moment of injury until compensation is obtained.

What key steps have recently been taken that will strengthen the firm in the coming years? Establishing a reputation as a tenacious firm: The firm has built a reputation as one that does not agree to settlements that fail to grant clients their full rights. Refining work processes: Implementing an effective workflow that begins immediately after the injury, including selecting the appropriate legal claim channels and timing their submission optimally in order to maximize compensation. Focusing on severe and complex injury cases: Demonstrating proven capability in managing long-term cases and securing substantial compensation amounting to millions of shekels in serious bodily injury cases.

What are the firm’s main challenges in the coming years?
Changing the balance of power: Ongoing confrontation with attempts by insurance companies to deny liability or claim double compensation (offsetting by the National Insurance Institute). Continuous efforts are required to improve the level and amount of compensation awarded to injured parties in Israel, which is considered relatively low compared to compensation standards in Western countries. Maintaining the professional standard: Continuing to uphold a high professional bar and providing in-depth personal attention to each case, even as the firm grows and expands its client base, while incorporating and utilizing technological tools.

What are your recommendations for a manager at the beginning of their career?
It is important to thoroughly study the field of activity of the opposing side in order to anticipate its actions. In addition, never compromise on the quality of the experts you work with, as they form the foundation for strengthening any legal argument. Above all, place the client and their rights at the center and fight for them without hesitation.

What is important to remember even in difficult times?
That we have a social and moral mission to change the balance of power in favor of injured individuals. During times of uncertainty for clients, our role is to be a leading and reassuring presence, to alleviate concerns, and to remember that behind every legal case stand individuals and families who have experienced both physical and emotional crises.
