About Bet Yosef

Bet Yosef is a boutique development and construction company that was established in 2016 by the founder and the owner Yossi Ben Naim. The company started its activities by initiating urban renewal projects in Ashdod, and over the years, due to its success, it began to carry out its own projects. Currently, Bet Yosef initiates and executes all of its projects in-house. Urban renewal is the company’s primary activity, and the company also engages in classical development, i.e., purchasing and improving land.

Consistent Growth in Construction Volumes

To date, Bet Yosef has successfully developed 3 NOP 38/1 projects (reinforcement and construction) in Ashdod consisting of approximately 50 new housing units, and these days it is working on additional projects involving approximately 150 new housing units. After gaining real estate experience in Ashdod, the company plans to expand its activities in the fields of urban renewal and residential development and profitable real estate to other cities in the south and the central regions of the country.

Being a development and execution company under one roof is an advantage both for Bet Yosef and its tenants. The company’s management has absolute control over the quality of the construction and compliance with schedules throughout the entire planning and execution process. Construction defects and errors are also prevented when the developing and execution companies work separately. This combination gives tenants peace of mind because they know that the team that signed the contract is also the team that will manage, supervise, and hand over the keys to their new/upgraded apartment at the end of the construction project.

A young and energetic management team, led by Yossi Ben Naim, propels all projects forward while meeting schedule pressures and delivering a full and pleasant service to all customers. Moreover, this team distinguishes itself by promoting projects in Ashdod neighborhoods that are considered less business-friendly and attractive. The projects that the company successfully carried out in these places made it a key contributor to these neighborhoods.

25 Yoseftal, B District, Ashdod - The company’s first NOP 38/1 project. As part of this project, Bet Yosef strengthened a building with 16 existing apartments and added 15 new apartments to it. The tenants received more significant modifications than usual in this project: 2 living rooms + a balcony. The building’s systems were also renewed, and an elevator was installed for the tenants’ comfort. Completed and populated.
24 Natan Elbaz, 6th district, Ashdod - NOP project 38/1, within the framework of which the company strengthened a building with 32 existing apartments and added 30 new apartments. Completed and populated.
4 HaMaapilim, B District, Ashdod - NOP 38/1 project in which the company strengthened 16 existing apartments and added 16 new apartments. The project has been completed and populated.
Platinum Project, 8th District, Ashdod - NOP 38/1 project, as part of which the company strengthened three buildings that include 48 existing apartments and added 48 new apartments.
7 Rambam, Ashdod - NOP 38/1 project, as part of which the company strengthened a building with 16 existing apartments and added 17 new apartments.

6 HaMaapilim, B Districts, Ashdod - NOP 38/1 project in which the company is strengthening 2 buildingswith 32 existing apartments, and adding 32 new apartments. The project is in advanced construction stages.
Netanya - A plot of land on which the company will develop an office and commercial building covering 5,000 square meters of offices and about 1,500 square meters of commercial space. The company aims to keep the future commercial areas in its ownership as a yielding asset.
13 HaMaapilim, B Districts, Ashdod - NOP 38/1 project in which the company is strengthening a building of 16 existing apartments and adding 14 new apartments.

“HaRav Shauli”, D District, Ashdod - A Pinui Binui project carried out in partnership with another construction company. As part of this project, the company will vacate 5 buildings while demolishing 160 housing units - and building 700 new apartments instead.
High-Tech Park, Ashdod - The company has land in the High-Tech Park Complex in Ashdod where it plans to develop 2 buildings combining about 60 housing units, 17 office floors, and 1,500 square meters of commercial space.
Netanya Project - An office and commercial project covering approximately 6,500 square meters of commercial and office space.
Additional Projects - The company is currently in various stages of planning about 7-8 additional NOP 38/1 projects in Ashdod.
