What is a significant move you have led recently?Recently, we consolidated a major urban renewal (pinui-binui) complex in the city of Holon, including 336 housing units designated for demolition. This followed extensive outreach by some of the apartment owners to numerous developers, without success. Three leading developers participated in the tender, and the winning company was Shikun & Binui.

What do you see as the company’s key strengths? As someone who has worked as a construction engineer in large construction companies, alongside local authorities where I served as Deputy City Engineer, I can attest that the company has a deep understanding of the operational boundaries within which projects can be conducted. It operates with strong commitment and responsibility toward maximizing the project’s success, while maintaining the right balance between all partners involved in the venture.

What key steps have been taken recently that will strengthen the company in the coming years?
Recently, we strengthened the company’s management layer, including the recruitment of project managers, and relocated to new offices in the Metropark complex in Petah Tikva.

What are the company’s main challenges in the coming years?
To continue growing and leading the field of representing rights holders in Israel, with humility, integrity, and full transparency.

What is your advice to a manager at the beginning of their career?
Take a deep breath, because things take time. Be persistent in your actions, and above all - be an honest person.
