About At-Bay
At-Bay is the InsurSec provider for the digital age, combining advanced technology with industry-leading insurance to give businesses of all sizes protection against cyber risks. The company provides insurance and cybersecurity solutions to over 40,000 businesses in the U.S., safeguarding a combined revenue of $800 billion. At-Bay has 320 employees, 100 of them are based in its Tech center in central Tel Aviv.
At-Bay is a global and distributed company with hubs in San Francisco, Atlanta, New York, and Tel Aviv. At-Bay raised $292 million from leading investors, including Acrew Capital, Glilot Capital, Icon Ventures, ION Crossover Partners, Khosla Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, M12, entrepreneur Shlomo Kramer, and Qumra Capital.
Award-Winning Innovation
In 2025, At-Bay was honored with the CyberSecurity Breakthrough Award for “Fraud Prevention Innovation of the Year” for At-Bay Stance Fraud Defense — an AI-powered email security solution trained on real-world cyber insurance claim data.
Fraud Defense detects sophisticated email fraud attempts that traditional security systems often miss. By analyzing communication patterns with AI and alerting users in real time, the solution enables policyholders to double their insurance coverage for financial fraud — up to $500,000. Since its launch, At-Bay has successfully reduced email-related cyber risks for 86% of customer claims.
Our Global Footprint
At-Bay employs more than 320 team members across offices in New York, San Francisco, Atlanta, and Tel Aviv. Our Israeli hub is home to over 100 engineers, cyber security experts, DevOps, and data professionals — driving cutting-edge innovation at the heart of our business.
Following strong momentum in the U.S., we are expanding our impact to the Israeli and European markets.
Diversity & Inclusion at Our Core
Our Tel Aviv office, located in the iconic Azrieli Sarona Tower, benefits from excellent public transit access, making it a true hub for a diverse team from all over the country.
We’re proud to foster an inclusive culture where men, women (38% of our workforce), Jews, Arabs, and LGBTQ+ employees work side by side. We believe that diversity isn’t just a value — it’s a strategic advantage that fuels innovation and strengthens our culture.
Employee Well-Being
We offer a flexible hybrid work model and have some of the highest employee retention rates in the industry:
• 10% of our Israeli team has been with us for 5–10 years.
• 59% for 2–5 years.
We actively listen to employees and tailor support to real needs. During the Iron Swords war, when 15% of our team was called to reserve duty, we launched a dedicated support program with Eshchar, offering professional psychological care to employees and their families.
Our benefits reflect that same care: private health insurance, gym memberships through FreeFit, team events, company trips, inspiring talks, and a dedicated nursing room for mothers — a rare perk in the private sector.
