What recent key move did you lead?
Public battles that affect the rights of many employees and employers. As part of them, our firm obtained significant verdicts that clarify legal questions regarding the employer's identity in the construction industry, "cashflow certainty" in the agreement between employer and employee, and dealing with the platform economy in various businesses.
What are the firm's strongest attributes?
The firm provides all services in the field of Labor Law (individual and collective) in their entirety at a high level of specialization, from the stage of building the business and hiring employees to dismissal procedures, streamlining procedures, the expansion of the business to franchisees in Israel and around the world, and to providing advice when a business is sold or runs into difficulties.
