What recent key move did you lead? How would it strengthen the company over the next few years?
I brought in a significant partner, Rothstein Real Estate Ltd., a longstanding public company in the construction industry, in order to provide a financial back, professional know-how and experience in the construction of large-scale projects.
We see the potential of the urban renewal field in the next few years and especially in larger projects, switching from standalone buildings to complexes.
What are the company’s strongest attributes?
The company’s main strength is its human composition, its professionalism and its focus on the specific field on urban renewal in the city of Tel-Aviv.
What are the main challenges facing firm in the next few years?
Our main challenge over the next few years would be to handle the number of projects under construction in the city of Tel-Aviv and the marketing of more than 100 luxury apartments in the city’s center – that’s a non-trivial challenge that requires creativity and differentiation of the products from the competitors’ products
What would you recommend an up and coming executive?
Set yourself measurable goals and stay on-course for reaching them, without diverting from it, focus and attention to details are the keys to your success.
What should one remember during hardships?
It is important to remember that in the business-world’s rollercoaster there are always ups and downs, and the more we are aware of them the more we can appropriately prepare.
