What advice would you give to a manager at the beginning of their career?
Hire people who are more knowledgeable than you in their respective fields, and create an environment where you can learn from them.
What is important to remember during challenging times?
Keep your eyes on the tremendous potential of the company's products. Focus on the company's strengths rather than solely on fixing problems.
