Adv. Shalom Cohen

Adv. Shalom Cohen, the managing partner, maintains nearly three decades of professional experience in family law. His work focuses on managing complex and large-scale legal cases, with frequent appearances in all judicial instances, from family courts and rabbinical courts to the Supreme Court, both as an appellate court and as the High Court of Justice. Adv. Cohen has contributed to shaping significant precedents and rulings that transformed family law in Israel, including representation in landmark cases involving alimony and jurisdiction. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University and has been specializing in the field continuously since 1995. Over the years, he has represented clients in numerous complex cases and has shaped the next generation of lawyers, having served as a lecturer, teaching assistant, and academic assistant at Tel Aviv University and Reichman University under Prof. Asher Maoz and Dr. Hanan Goldschmidt.

Adv. Mor Zaiden

Adv. Mor Zaiden is a partner at the firm and a seasoned family law expert and mediator with over 15 years of experience. Guided by the philosophy that “family law is the law of people’s lives,” she views supporting clients through their most challenging moments as both a mission and a privilege.
Mor is dedicated to resolving disputes through amicable and sensitive negotiation, placing a high priority on the welfare of children and the mitigation of emotional distress. However, she is equally recognized as a formidable litigator; when court intervention is unavoidable, she serves as a steadfast advocate, protecting her clients’ rights with unyielding persistence.
A Dean’s honors graduate, Mor honed her expertise through an internship at the Ministry of Justice and tenure at leading law firms. She has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2011 and a certified mediator since 2018.
