What is a significant move you have led recently?
I recently led a complex and prolonged divorce dispute involving deeply rooted financial and emotional conflicts. This year, through precise strategic management and constructive dialogue between the parties, we were able to reach a comprehensive agreement. This avoided prolonged legal proceedings and allowed both parties to begin a new chapter in a balanced and respectful manner. In my view, that is the true measure of success.
What are the firm’s key strengths in your view? The ability to combine high-level legal expertise with a genuinely human approach. We are intentional about the cases we take on and remain committed to finding smart solutions that serve our clients’ long-term best interests.
What is your advice to a manager at the beginning of their career?
Act with confidence in your path. Do not rush to take on every case. Tell people the truth - not just what they want to hear - and remember that behind every case are real people and real life stories. The combination of uncompromising professionalism, integrity, and sensitivity is the key to meaningful success in any field - especially in family law.
What is important to remember during challenging times?
Even in the midst of conflict, it is possible to manage situations in a respectful, thoughtful, and precise manner - one that shapes the lives that follow. It is essential to act with responsibility, balance, and a long-term perspective.
