Colonia Ltd. is a rapidly growing boutique development and construction company that was established by veteran real estate developer Doron Atiya, former CEO and Owner of Asia Cyrus construction company.

Operating in the real estate market since 2022, the company originally focused on yielding real estate, holding a 12 dunams asset in Ness Ziona, that serves “Gaya” events garden among others. Over time, the company expanded its activities to development and construction and is currently managing projects including a land in Rehovot designated for the construction of 80 residential units, 6,000 square meters of employment areas, and 2,000 square meters of commercial areas as well as additional land in Beer Sheva’s Gimel neighborhood, designated for the construction of 100 residential units. Additionally, the company is negotiating with the objective of acquiring additional land in East Rehovot designated for the construction of 87 residential units.

The Tenants as Partners

Colonia Ltd. Has made it its mission to engage in two primary areas: one, price capped projects in which it will try to win the Department of Housing’s tenders, and the other and more prominent, investing in urban renewal projects to which Doron Atiya will assign Israeli investors, that will also benefit from a larger and upgraded apartment on top of the entire project’s earnings. Thus, making tenants the company’s actual business partners.

Community Outreach

Despite it being relatively new to the market, Colonia Ltd. is engaged in a lot of philanthropic activities. During this war the company purchased and handed out mattresses and basic food items to IDF bases. Additionally, the company gave away hundreds of food items in senior homes and IDF bases, together with Lecket Israel.

Long Lasting Experience, Building Over 1,000 Residential Units Across the Country

Doron Atiya, the company’s owner, is considered an experienced and esteemed developer in the industry. Over his years of activity as the owner and CEO of Asia Cyrus Group, Doron handled the construction of over 1,000 residential units across the country, including in Dimona, Mazkeret Batya, Ness Ziona, Gedera, and Gan Yavne. Asia Cyrus was established in 2005 and began its operations as a private home building company in Gedera and Mazkeret Batya. With Doron’s guidance and leadership the company grew rapidly, while initiating dense construction projects and establishing a subsidiary called Asia Cyrus Engineering and Execution, which exclusively handles the group’s construction and execution.
