What would you say is the last significant initiative/project /achievement you were in charge of?
I had the day to day litigation conduct of the FCA Test Case on behalf of two of the named Insurer Defendants.
What would you say are the strengths of our company in your opinion?
That we are a full service City law firm but are incredibly personable and have a wide global footprint. We have an enviable list of insurers as our main clients.
What are the major initiatives/projects/etc that were done recently which will lead and improve the company in the next few years?
Our firm is constantly working on new projects to engage in new ways both internally and with client. We have successfully increased our international presence in Europe and Latin America, and have been recognized as a leading firm in terms of innovation, which I feel will be a cornerstone of the company’s future.
What will be the company's major challenges in the coming few years?
Striking a balance between the need to be in the office and remote working as we’ve been working remotely successfully for over a year !
What advice would you give to a manager before their first day?
Get to know every individual in the team and wider firm as everyone has different talents and brings something to the table.
What would you say is important to remember when times are tough?
This too shall pass
