What would you say is the last significant initiative/project /achievement you were in charge of?
Leading DACB’s independent solicitor's service, undertaking an initiative specialising in charities and trusts and the growing threats of fraud.
What would you say are the strengths of our company in your opinion?
Great people and leadership, fantastic IT and worldwide geographical reach.
What are the major initiatives/projects/etc that were done recently which will lead and improve the company in the next few years?
Increasing presence in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Diversity in multiple sectors.
What will be the company's major challenges in the coming few years?
Dealing with the pace of change in sectors such as Tech (where we are well placed) and being alive to ever more sophisticated fraudulent behavior.
What advice would you give to a manager before their first day?
Be open minded and get to know your people and business. Be brave to make changes and be decisive.
What would you say is important to remember when times are tough?
Every dark cloud has a silver lining, believe in good over bad… and remember the weekend is never far away!
