What significant move have you led recently?
We have implemented a comprehensive firm-wide model of “medical-legal litigation.” This initiative included the recruitment of leading medical experts across various disciplines to work integratively within the firm, enabling us to formulate case strategy from the earliest stages with maximum clinical precision. This approach has led to the establishment of significant precedents and the achievement of exceptionally high compensation in complex medical malpractice cases.
What are the firm’s key strengths in your view?
Our strength lies in a unique synergy: we are a large, dominant firm that operates with the efficiency of an elite unit. The combination of dozens of highly skilled attorneys alongside a broad and readily available medical infrastructure positions us as an unparalleled Knowledge Hub. Our ability to analyze every case - from straightforward road accidents to the most complex medical malpractice matters - through both a legal and medical lens simultaneously provides clients with a decisive strategic advantage against insurance companies and major medical institutions.
What key steps have been taken recently that will strengthen the firm in the coming years?
We have invested in advanced technological systems for case management and data analytics, enabling us to leverage decades of accumulated knowledge to better predict legal outcomes.
In addition, we are developing sub-specializations across all practice areas, particularly in medical malpractice (such as pregnancy and childbirth negligence, oncology, and complex surgeries), to ensure a state-of-the-art level of expertise.
What are the firm’s main challenges in the coming years?
Our primary challenge is maintaining human excellence and personalized client care in an increasingly automated and technology-driven legal environment. As the firm continues to grow in scale and strength, we must ensure that every client continues to receive the compassion and personal attention required in cases involving severe bodily harm. Additionally, adapting to ongoing legislative and regulatory changes in both the medical and tort fields requires us to consistently stay ahead of the curve.
What is your advice to a manager at the beginning of their career?
Do not compromise on attention to detail, but never lose sight of the bigger picture. A strong leader builds a team that surpasses them in specific areas of expertise and fosters an environment where professionalism is aligned with values and integrity. Remember: your reputation is built over years, but is tested anew with every case.
What is important to remember, even in difficult times?
That we carry a social and moral mission. We serve as the voice of those who are unheard against powerful systems. In times of pressure or professional challenges, I remind myself that our work tangibly changes people’s lives. It is therefore essential to maintain humanity on the one hand and uncompromising quality on the other. The knowledge that we act for a just cause, together with our trust in the professional team that accompanies us throughout the journey, is the driving force that sustains us through every challenge.
