7 Moshe Hess: A project in preparation for populating stages: Tama 38/1 in the neighborhood of Talbiye. seismic retrofitting and restoration of the building, construction of extensions of up to 25 sq.m. per apartment (including safety rooms), construction of balconies for the existing apartments and of five new apartments on the roof. Populated Projects
Brenner Complex, Tel Aviv: Construction of 165 apartments in a three-building complex in the Italian Colony. This project combined free-market sale apartments with 44 apartments for rental under the Rental Apartments Encouragement Law.
Hildesheimer, Jerusalem: A project with 44 upscale apartments in a prestigious location in the German Colony, marketed to foreign residents and Israelis. Some of the apartments were built under the Rental Apartments Encouragement Law.
Mevasseret Zion: A complex with 33 luxury detached houses. The utilization of the mountainous topography enabled the Company to plan a project with spectacular view of Jerusalem mountains.
Projects in Italy
Commercial and Leisure Centers: The Company, which has been active in Italy for almost a century, has built and planned shopping malls of varying sizes, from neighborhood centers up to regional malls, some of which include commerce and leisure. Among others, the Gulliver Center in northern Rome includes cinemas, a bowling center and offices, alongside traditional commerce areas. In addition, the company has built and planned country clubs and gyms.
Residences: The company specializes in a wide variety of residential projects, including new neighborhoods in developing areas, neighborhoods of suburban villas and government housing. All projects include infrastructures and environmental development, with an emphasis on sustainable green solutions. Some of the projects also integrate commerce areas and public institutes.
