About Doron Partosh Group
The Doron Partosh Group is a leading real estate group engaged in entrepreneurship and execution under the same roof. With about 30 years of experience and reputation, the group is currently promoting urban renewal projects - NOP 38 (Tama) and Evacuation-Reconstruction (“Pinui-Binui”) alongside classic entrepreneurial transactions and locating land. To date, the company has built hundreds of housing units, and its customers receive guidance and close attention from the best professionals, starting from contract signing to the key handover, throughout the inspection year and beyond. The group’s management of the company both an entrepreneur and contractor give its customers a strong sense of having a stable team behind them, a notion also reflected in the banking system that trusts the group and supports all its projects.
Full Transparency and Collaboration with all Parties
Standards of quality and excellence lead the planning, engineering, and execution divisions of the group, resulting in impressive achievements in the field. The group’s strength lies in its human capital - professionals from the top of their field working transparently and in cooperation with all stakeholders involved: apartment owners, buyers, various consultants, subcontractors, and down to the last worker on site. The company’s teams are accessible to every customer and professional, up to the CEO level, providing responsive answers and personal attention, an open-door policy, ensuring swift solutions. The combination of deep familiarity with regulatory requirements and years of credibility allows the Doron Partosh Group to expedite licensing processes with authorities.
Creating Innovative Urban Fabric Tailored to the Modern Lifestyle
As a group that is rooted in the field of execution (registered contractor with the Register of Contractors since 2001 and a member of the Association of Builders), the Doron Partosh Group operates with a deep purpose to renew the urban environment in Israel while creating a modern urban fabric adapted to today’s advanced lifestyle. The group sees each project it initiates as a comprehensive complex that includes not only residences but also consumer culture integrated into the natural living environment. Based on this perception, the group emphasizes creating high standard living spaces in every project it builds, from open gardens to local commercial centers within the compounds, all aiming to provide residents with a high-quality, innovative, and prestigious lifestyle.
A CEO Who is Personally and Deeply Involved in Each of the Group’s Projects
The group is headed by the entrepreneur Doron Partosh, a registered contractor and practical building engineer. Doron has 30 years of experience in initiating and building complex real estate projects all over the country. His projects include residential neighborhoods, private construction, detached houses, condominium complexes, residential complexes and public buildings. As part of the group’s unique DNA, Doron is involved in every project, accompanying every process personally, from the planning stage to handing over to the customer.
