The group is headed by entrepreneur Doron Partosh, a registered contractor and practical building engineer by academic training. Shlomo Bay Complex, Holon – An Evacuation-Reconstruction project in which the company will demolish eight old residential buildings comprising 256 housing units and construct four high-rise towers containing approximately 900 new apartments in their place. The project is located opposite Peres Park and within close proximity to major transportation routes connecting Holon to Tel Aviv and Highway 4, directly across from a planned light rail station. 18-26 Tze’elim Complex, Holon – An Evacuation-Reconstruction project in which the group will demolish three veteran residential buildings (with seven entrances) comprising 88 housing units and construct approximately 320 new apartments in a 30-story tower alongside 10-story mid-rise buildings surrounding a green urban square with commercial space. 9-13 Weizmann Complex, Holon – An urban renewal project in which three old residential buildings will be demolished and replaced by two 10-story buildings comprising approximately 90 apartments, including underground parking and a commercial floor. In planning.
Gedera Al HaNahal, Gedera – A combined development in which the group is constructing luxury cottages, garden apartments, five-room apartments, and penthouses across two separate residential compounds, with only 7-8 residents in each building. The project also includes semi-detached cottages. The unique project was designed to create an open environment that maximizes air circulation and incorporates advanced environmental development and landscaping. 3 HaTsanhanim, Holon – A TAMA 38/2 (Demolition and Reconstruction) project in which an old building will be demolished and replaced by a new seven-story boutique building comprising 16 apartments with 3, 4 and 5 rooms, as well as a penthouse. The project is located in Holon’s sought-after Agrobank neighborhood, near Sokolov Street, Mikveh Israel, Holon Junction, and Holon Theater. Under construction, fully sold.
25 HaAtzmon, Holon – A TAMA 38/2 (Demolition and Reconstruction) project featuring a new six-story building comprising 25 new apartments.
