Practice Areas

Israeli and International Taxation: the firm specializes in direct taxation in Israeli and international aspects, and supports all types of taxpayers including: Israeli and foreign residents, companies, NGOs, funds, Kibbutzim and other cooperatives, etc. The firm assists first-time or returning Israeli residents in tax planning during their preparations for coming to Israel and towards the end of their benefits period.

VAT, Customs and Excise Tax: The firm provides counselling to various entities on the interpretation of all levels of indirect taxation provisions, including through pre-ruling applications or litigation.

Real Estate Tax: The firm supports various real estate-transacting entities in sale transactions, tenant evacuation and asset-swap transactions. They also provide counselling to clients on the tax aspects of such transactions, including calculations and required reporting.

Adv. and CPA Dror Yitzhak: Worked in the Tax Authority as a coordinator in the National Assessment Unit (Income Tax Wing). He has an LL.B. from She’arei Mishpat College (2006), an LL.M. from Bar Ilan University (2002), A B.A., Accounting from the College of Management (CoM) (1997), an M.B.A. (public budgets) from Tel Aviv University (2002), and he graduated from the Ministry of Finance – Income Tax Wing’s Income Tax Inspectors Course (ITIC) (1996) and the Israeli Defense and Investigation Academy’s investigations and questioning course (IQC)(2001). He is a member of various tax committees of the IBA and of the Taxation Forum of the Institute of CPAs in Israel. Served as V. Chairman of the Tel Aviv District Tax Authority – Investigation Department Liaison Committee. He served as a lecturer on taxation in various forums, including the accounting program of Ramat Gan College.

Adv. and CPA Naor Yeffet: Served as Head of Encouragement Laws in the Tax Authority’s Professional Department and was one of its founders, where he partnered the outlining of the Tax Authority’s policy in this field. Before that position he was a tax inspector in the National Assessment Unit. Has an LL.B., She’arei Mishpat College (2006); B.A., Business Administration and Accounting, CoM (1999); he graduated from the ITIC (2000); and the IQC (2001). He lectures on taxation in various forums and was a lecturer in various academic institute including the Accounting Program of the Jerusalem College of Technology (JCT). He has been serving for several years on NED of a provident fund with over NIS2B of AUM.

Adv. and CPA Yuval Cohen: Served as the Tel-Aviv 5 Assessor and managed this assessments office, at the forefront of deduction, individuals, foreign residents and NGOs assessments and collection, for 6 years. He also coordinated income tax aspects of sensitive defense entities. Prior to this position he was deputy assessor of Holon and national inspector in the Planning and Policy Department of the Tax Authority, and participated in professional committees concerning extensive legislation amendments, including representation of the Israel Tax Authority to an OECD work group on international taxation and e-commerce. He has an LL.B. from the Netanya Academic College (2009), an LL.M. from Bar Ilan University (2002), and a B.A., Business Administration and Accounting from CoM (1997) and he graduated from the ITIC (1995). He lectured on taxation in various forums, including CoM’s Academic Program, JCT’s Accounting Program and the Rupin College, and coordinated the tax advisory studies of CoM’s Tel Aviv and Jerusalem branches. He has been a member of the Institute of CPAs’ Tel Aviv Committee since 2016, Chairman of the Tel Aviv Training Committee and member of the Tax Committee of the Institute, and lectures on various forums on behalf of the institute.

One of the founders of Blas, Yokel, Parobek Accounting Firm, salary inspector of a Top-3 Israeli bank and advisor to local authorities for city tax matters.
