Elad Moretzky, who is among Israel’s leading real estate lawyers, leads and has been leading complex real estate transactions for prominent companies and public entities for the past two decades. He relies on his diverse and long-standing professional expertise as well as his unique experience.

Adv Moretzky’s academic experience includes teaching as well as years of literature and research assistance. Adv. Moretzky has been a member of Haifa University’s staff for years and has been an Assistant Professor in several courses, including property law, expanded property law, and the land regime in Israel, and has lectured on these subjects at other universities as well.

Adv. Moretzky has assisted in the research of several professors, including Prof. Alexander (Sandy) Keidar and Prof. Yechiel Kaplan. Furthermore, he assisted in writing several books, such as “Land in Khaki”, winner of the Chechik Award.
