What recent key move did you lead?
Among others, the firm also represents Electra Residence in a complex combination transaction before hundreds of different rights owners. A transaction worth about NIS 650 million. This complex deal involves many rights owners, most of whom are interested in the combination transaction and the rest want a building services deal. The firm aligned all the components required for this transaction to take place, while providing creative solutions and mediating legal and commercial gaps along the way.
What are the firm’s strongest attributes?
Providing creative solutions, comprehensive and professional services, negotiating, due diligence tests, and conducting the sales agreements in large scope and complex transactions. For example, a lease from the Israel Land Authority with another lessee who uses some of the company's infrastructure and facilities.
Which of the firm’s recent key moves will lead to it becoming stronger over the next few years?
Creating a strategy that includes personal, professional, and available work along with quick responses and proven success. Even though the firm was established in the past year, its was a year filled with vast legal work with some of the real estate industry’s largest clients, who trusted the firm and joined us as clients. Among our clients are Electra Group, Mivne Group, S.A.R. Group, etc.
The firm provides personal and highly available services, with top tier legal representation, not different from other real estate departments in any large Israeli firm. All with the objective of providing tailor-made services adapted to the client’s specific needs.
What are the main challenges facing the firm in the next few years?
Being that the real estate industry is constantly changing and evolving, with its challenges rapidly growing, it’s key to understanding the proper way to work with several clients at the same time.
For example, our firm represents three companies who partnered together as developers in a 38/2 NOP project in Tel Aviv, in which 100% of the signatures were obtained and is now in advanced planning stages. The companies are now moving forward to marketing the project’s new apartments.
What would you recommend to an up-and-coming executive?
When handling large and complex transactions, one must keep an eye on the smallest details and the human component.
What should one remember during hardships?
See the bigger picture and know how to work together for a greater purpose.
